Meeting ...Beautiful sentiments, Mahalo for sharing. Meeting you was a pleasure Courtney and you were so kind to me & Po'o's Grandma Nancy & Aunty Karen. Thank you for taking our photo with Po'o. Po'ohala's ohana has been so blessed by loving and caring people, even from strangers like you, who suddenly become a part of Po'o's story. Even though he is no longer physically with us Po'o continues to touch many lives in a positive way. We are grateful to Rad for his incredible portrait of Po'o @ the Art of Trash and hopefully it will inspire many young people to follow their dreams. Po'o & Turtle knew each other & Turtle paddled canoe with Uncle Alika, Po'o's dad. Yes, Po'o & Turtle were too young to leave us and there are many broken hearts trying to heal from their tragic & sudden deaths, but someday our questions of why will be answered, but for now I hope we can learn from how they lived and died, and live better because we knew them. I look forward to the day I will hug Po'o again and trust in God until that day comes. Aloha, Aunty JanetJanetonmauinoreply@blogger.com
